Before Using This Dietary Supplement
In deciding to use a dietary supplement, the chance of taking the dietary

you and your family doctor or dentist will make. For multiple vitamins and
fluoride, the following must be considered
Allergic reaction
Tell your family doctor or dentist if you have ever
had any unusual or allergys to fluoride. Always tell your medical
family doctor, dentist and pharmacist if you are allergic to any other substances,
such as foods, preservatives, or dyes.
Pregnancy care
Fluoride occurs naturally in water and has not been
shown to cause problems in infants of mothers who drank fluoridated water
or took recommended doses of supplements.
Breast-feeding problem
Small amounts of fluoride pass into breast milk;
however, problems have not been documented with normal intake.
Use for Children
Doses of fluoride that are too large or are taken
for a long time may cause bone problems and teeth discoloration in child.
Elderly care
This dietary supplement has not been shown to cause
various side effects or problems in elderly people than it does in younger
adults.
Medicines or other dietary supplements Although certain medication or dietary supplements must not be using together
at all, in other cases they may be using together even if an interaction might
occur. In these cases, your family doctor or dentist may want to change the
dose, or other precautions may be necessary. When you are taking multiple
vitamins and fluoride it is especially important that your family doctor
or dentist and pharmacist know if you are taking any of the following:

Anticoagulants, coumarin- or indandione-derivative - blood thinners Use
with vitamin K - in the multiple vitamins and fluoride preparations may prevent
the anticoagulant from help you

Iron supplements Use with vitamin E - in the multiple vitamins
and fluoride preparation may prevent the iron supplement from help you

Vitamin D and related compounds Use with vitamin D - in the
multiple vitamins and fluoride preparations may cause high blood levels of
vitamin D, which may increase the risk of side effects
Other Information for using
The presence of other medical
problems may effect the use of multiple vitamins and fluoride. Make sure you
tell your family doctor or dentist if you have any other medical problems,
especially:

Dental fluorosis - teeth discoloration Fluorides may make this
condition worse
