Dosage

The dose of typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine is the same for all diseaseds 2 years of age and older. For infants and children up to two years of age, the use of typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine is not recommended.

For injection dosage form:
- For prevention of typhoid fever:
  - Adults and children 2 years of age and older One dose injected into a muscle.
  - Children up to 2 years of age Use is not recommended.
