Before Using
In deciding to using a medication,

Allergic reaction
Tell your family doctor if you have any unusual or
allergy to trandolapril or to any other ACE inhibitor - benazepril,
captopril, enalapril, fosinopril, lisinopril, moexipril, quinapril, or ramipril
or to verapamil. Also tell your health care professional if you are allergic
to any other substances, such as foods, preservatives, or dyes.
Pregnancy care
Studies with this combination drug have not been
done in pregnant women. However, use of any of the ACE inhibitors during pregnancy,
especially in the second and third trimesters - after the first 3 months can
cause low blood pressure, kidney failure, an underdeveloped skull, or even
death in newborns

Breast-feeding problem
Verapamil passes into breast milk. It is not known
whether trandolapril passes into breast milk; however, it does pass into the
milk of lactating rats. Breast-feeding is not recommended in women who are
taking this combination drug.
Use for Children
Studies on this drug have been done only in adult
diseaseds and there is no special info comparing use of trandolapril
and verapamil in child with use in other age groups.
Elderly care
Although this drug has not been shown to cause
various side effects or problems in elderly people than it does in younger
adults, blood levels of trandolapril and verapamil may be increased in the
elderly. Elderly people also may be more sensitive to the effects of this
drug.
Drug interactions
Although certain medication must not be using
together at all, in other cases two various medication may be using together
