Rare
Blood in urine; greatly increased or decreased frequency of urination or amount of urine; increased thirst; lower back pain; pain or burning while urinating; swelling of front part of neck

Other side effects may occur that usually don't needed medical attention. These side effects may go away during treat as your body adjusts to the drug. However, check with your family doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome:

Diarrhea; dizziness; headache; loss of appetite; nausea or vomiting; tiredness
Less common
Indigestion; stomach cramps or pain
This drug causes the urine to become reddish orange. This side effect does not require medical attention.
