Rare with spiramycin injection only

Bloody stools; chest pain; fever; heartburn; irregular heartbeat; nausea; recurrent fainting; stomach pain and tenderness; vomiting; yellow eyes or skin
Other side effects may occur that usually don't needed medical attention. These side effects may go away during treat as your body adjusts to the drug. However, check with your family doctor if the following side effect continues or is bothersome:
