  - For diseaseds previously treated rosiglitazone and metformin:
    - Adults: Oral, the dose is the same as the dose you are already taking. Your family doctor may gradually increase your dose until your blood sugar is controlled.
    - Children: Use and dose must be determined by your family doctor.

Missed dose If you miss a dose of this drug, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.
