Before Using
In deciding to using a medication, the problems of uses this drugs must be

will make. For pemirolast, the following must be considered
Allergic reaction
Tell your family doctor if you have any unusual
or allergy to pemirolast. Also tell your family doctor and pharmacist if
you are allergic to any other substances, such as "foods, preservatives, or
dyes ".
Pregnancy care
Pemirolast has not been shown to cause birth defects
or other problems. However, in rats given 20,000 to 30,000 times
the human dose of pemirolast, there was an increase in the number of fetal
bone and heart deformities as well as an increased number of fetal implantation
losses.
Breast-feeding problem
It is not known whether pemirolast passes into
human breast milk. Although most medication pass into breast milk in small
amounts, many of them may be using safely while breast feeding. Mothers who
are taking this drug and who wish to breast-feed must discuss this with
their family doctor.
Use for Children
This drug has been tested in child 3 years
of age and older and, in effective doses, has not been shown to cause various
side effects or problems than it does in adults.
Elderly care
There is no special info available comparing
the use of pemirolast in the elderly with use in other age groups.
