Orlistat has not been studied in pregnant women.

the use of this medication during pregnancy.
Breast-feeding problem
It is not known whether orlistat passes into
breast milk. Although most medication pass into breast milk in small amounts,
many of them may be using safely while breast-feeding. Mothers who are taking
this drug and who wish to breast-feed must discuss this with their family doctor.
Use for Children
Studies on this drug have been done only in
adult diseaseds and there is no special info comparing use of orlistat
in child with use in other age groups.
Elderly care
There is no special info comparing use
of orlistat in the elderly with use in adults people. However, this drug
is not expected to cause various side effects or problems in elderly people
than it does in adults people.
Drug interactions
