Before Using
In deciding to using a medication,

Allergic reaction
Tell your family doctor if you have any unusual or
allergy to this drug or to any related antibiotic, such as amikacin

or tobramycin - Nebcin. Also tell your health care professional if you
are allergic to any other substances, such as preservatives or dyes.
Pregnancy care
Neomycin, polymyxin B and hydrocortisone otic preparations
have not been studied in pregnant women. However, studies in pets have
shown that topical corticosteroids - such as hydrocortisone cause birth defects.
Before using this drug, make sure your family doctor knows if you are pregnant
or if you may become pregnant.
Breast-feeding problem
Neomycin, polymyxin B and hydrocortisone otic
preparations have not been reported to cause problems in nursing babies.
Use for Children
Although there is no special info comparing
use of otic neomycin, polymyxin B and hydrocortisone preparation in child
with use in other age groups, this preparation is not expected to cause various
side effects or problems in child than it does in adults.
Elderly care
Many medication have not been studied specifically
in elderly people. Therefore, it may not be known whether they work exactly
the same way they do in adults people. Although there is no special info
comparing use of otic neomycin, polymyxin B and hydrocortisone preparation
in the elderly with use in other age groups, this preparation is not expected
to cause various side effects or problems in elderly people than it does in
adults people.
Drug interactions
