Allergic reaction

Pregnancy care
Mibefradil has not been studied in pregnant women.
However, studies in pets have shown that large doses of mibefradil can
cause heart defects in rat fetuses. Before taking this drug, make sure
your family doctor knows if you are pregnant or may become pregnant.
Breast-feeding problem
It is not known if mibefradil passes into breast
milk, however, it passes into the milk of lactating rats. Newborn babies have
been reported to be sensitive to other calcium channel blocking agents. Be
sure you have discussed the chance and benefits of this drug with your
family doctor.
Use for Children
Although there is no special info comparing
use of mibefradil in child with use in other age groups, it is not expected
to cause various side effects or problems in child than it does in adults.
Elderly care
Elderly people may be more sensitive to the heart
rate slowing effects of mibefradil.
Drug interactions
Although certain medication must not be using
together at all, in other cases two various medication may be using together

aches or cramps - rhabdomyolysis, may be increased and may lead to development
of kidney problems
