It is not known whether ibandronate passes into
breast milk. However, this drug has been reported to pass into the milk
of lactating rats.

Studies on this drug have been done only in
adult diseaseds and there is no special info comparing use of ibandronate
in child with use in other age groups.
Elderly care
This drug has been tested and has not been
shown to cause various side effects or problems in elderly people than it
does in adults people.
