It is not known whether eflornithine passes into breast milk. Mothers who are taking this drug and wish to breast-feed must discuss this with their family doctor.

Use for Children

There is no special info comparing use of eflornithine in child under the age of 12 years with use in other age groups. However, this drug is not expected to cause various side effects or problems in older children than it does in adults.

Elderly care

This drug has been tested and has not been shown to cause various side effects or problems in elderly people than it does in adults people.

Drug interactions
