Before Using
In deciding to using a medication,

Allergic reaction
Tell your family doctor if you have any unusual or
allergy to danaparoid or heparin. Also tell your health care professional

Pregnancy care
Danaparoid has not been studied in pregnant women.
However, it has not been found to cause birth defects in pets.
Breast-feeding problem
It is not known whether this drug passes into
breast milk. Although most medication pass into breast milk in small amounts,
many of them may be using safely while breast-feeding. Mothers who are using
this drug and who wish to breast-feed must discuss this with their family doctor.
Use for Children
Studies on this drug have been done only in adult
diseaseds and there is no special info comparing use of danaparoid
in child with use in other age groups.
Elderly care
Many medication have not been studied specifically
in elderly people. Therefore, it may not be known whether they work exactly
the same way they do in adults people or if they cause various side effects
or problems in elderly people. There is no special info comparing use
of danaparoid in the elderly with use in other age groups.
Drug interactions

Stroke The risk of bleeding may be increased
Always tell your family doctor if you have received danaparoid before and had a
reaction to it called thrombocytopenia - a low platelet count in the blood,
or if new blood clots formed while you were receiving the drug.
In addition,
tell your family doctor if you have recently
had medical surgery
. This may increase the risk of serious bleeding
when you are taking danaparoid.
