If your acne does not improve within about 6 weeks, or if it becomes worse, check with your health care professional. However, treat of acne may take up to 8 to 12 weeks before full improvement is seen.

If your family doctor has ordered another drug to be applied to the skin along with this drug, it is best to apply them at various times. This may help keep your skin from becoming too irritated. Always if the medication are using at or near the same time, they may not work properly.

In some diseaseds, clindamycin may cause diarrhea.

You may continue to use cosmetics - make-up while you are using this drug for acne. However, it is best to use only ``water-base'" cosmetics.
